What is two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra step – and an extra level of security.

Logging in to the Courses platform is configured as follows:

First factor: Log in with the existing login and password

Second factor: Confirmation of login in any authentication application.

How to configure two-factor authentication?

Step 1

Log in to your account as usual

Step 2

Download the mobile app for two-factor authentication. If you don’t already have one, we recommend:

Use the application to scan the QR code that will be displayed when you try to log in to our platform

Step 4

Enter a six-digit individual TOKEN (code) – it will appear in the installed application

Step 5

You should be logged in to our platform. All subsequent logins will require entering new tokens from the application.

After installing and using the MFA application, do not uninstall it, as you will need it for subsequent logins unless you export your account into another device!
