ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM

The login password is sent to the e-mail address indicated in the registration form and is sent immediately after paying for the course in the Tpay panel. If the e-mail with the password did not arrive at the main mailbox, check the SPAM folder or the Other folder.

If it was not there, please contact the person responsible for the mailbox in your organization (mail administrator) with a request to check whether such an e-mail has been blocked on your side.

In the meantime, you can also obtain an emergency password by clicking on the course login panel in „Lost your password?” the link to generate a new password should come to the e-mail address provided in the registration form.

If this also did not help and your mail administrator claims that the message has not been blocked on your side, please contact us at help@elitmindacademy.com or via our fanpage.

If you do not have the multi-factor authentication application on your phone yet, install such an application to register and then log in to your account on the course platform. – we recommend the free application Google Authenticator.

If you have any more questions about double authentication and need instructions, please feel free to visit our website this site where the login process is described in more detail.

If you have not exported the account from the application on the old phone to the application on the new phone (or you do not have backup codes for offline login), your account on our platform will need to be deleted and re-registered.

Multiple unsuccessful login attempts may result in temporary blocking of the IP address. Such a lock disappears after about an hour and then you can try to log in again.

If you have forgotten your password, you can always generate a new one by clicking the link in the course login panel„Lost your password?” – the link to generate a new password should come to the e-mail address provided in the registration form.

COMPANY COURSE ACCESS 

After paying the invoice, you will receive a special, dedicated activation link for your organization with instructions for participants.

Just copy the link and pass it on to selected people with the following information:

After clicking the link, the total amount to be paid will be 0 PLN. Enter your business email address in the registration window and click PURCHASE - all further correspondence and details will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the form.

Each student has the option of direct contact with our trainers through access to a dedicated group on Facebook and by participating in regular Q&A meetings..

INVOICES AND SETTLEMENTS

Each purchase of the course is invoiced, if you make a purchase via the sales form. You will receive an invoice to the e-mail address provided.

In the event of a correction of the invoice, please send an e-mail to contact@elitmindacademy.com with a description of the error and new data to be entered.

COURSE INFO

You start the course right after you buy it! The pace of the course is entirely up to you.

After purchasing the course, you get unlimited access to all its content for 1 year. We plan to systematically add updates to the courses that will show the new possibilities of the tools.

More and more courses have commenting enabled for each lesson. Use it to ask a question.
Information about the upcoming Q&A can be found on our Facebook group. Each course has its own Q&A schedule. We will inform you about each upcoming Q&A session by e-mail and on our Social Media.
Each course in which we conduct Q&A has a separate module called Q&A, in which we store recorded sessions.  

Paid courses end with a certificate. It is necessary to pass a test to receive it. Approximately 7 working days after passing the test, you will receive a certificate with a notification.

In order to pass our test and receive a certificate of completion of the course, it is necessary to answer correctly to 70% of the test questions. You can take our online test multiple times at any time. However, we recommend that you approach the test after completing all modules of the course.

Homework is asked at the end of the module. Homework is a separate lesson with an overview of do-it-yourself material. Additional downloadable materials can be found under the video in the materials section.
Of course, this can be done via our Facebook group or at your next Q&A meeting. You will receive a link to the group and information about the upcoming Q&A by e-mail immediately after purchasing the course.

COURSE SETTINGS

Yes, the recording quality can be changed in the lower right corner of the player by clicking on the settings icon. The recording quality automatically adjusts to the internet speed, but you can manually set it in the range from 240p to 1080p.
Yes, you can change the playback speed of the recording by clicking the settings iconin the lower right corner of the player. The playback speed can be adjusted between 0.5x-2x each.
