ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM

If it was not there, please contact the person responsible for the mailbox in your organization (mail administrator) with a request to check whether such an e-mail has been blocked on your side.
In the meantime, you can also obtain an emergency password by clicking on the course login panel in „Lost your password?” the link to generate a new password should come to the e-mail address provided in the registration form.If this also did not help and your mail administrator claims that the message has not been blocked on your side, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our fanpage.

You start the course right after you buy it! The pace of the course is entirely up to you.
After purchasing the course, you get unlimited access to all its content for 1 year. We plan to systematically add updates to the courses that will show the new possibilities of the tools.
Paid courses end with a certificate. It is necessary to pass a test to receive it. Approximately 7 working days after passing the test, you will receive a certificate with a notification.
In order to pass our test and receive a certificate of completion of the course, it is necessary to answer correctly to 70% of the test questions. You can take our online test multiple times at any time. However, we recommend that you approach the test after completing all modules of the course.
